What Is This World to Me is about rediscovering life. In the wake of his own divorce, songwriter Nick Booker writes about finding himself and looking for the beauty around him even as he redefines himself. It is a song about humanity and our search for meaning in the divine, in relationships, and in the world around us. It challenges concepts of the "other" and advocates for connection in spite of our differences. It is a hopeful message to all those going through emotional trauma to hang on and find the many reasons to live.
